The Yoga, Health and Therapy Centre (Scotland) is a charity yoga centre dedicated to providing yoga for all without barriers.

At our heart is the provision of yoga for children from birth to school age, and yoga therapy for children and adults with any physical, medical, learning or other additional support needs.

The Centre and it's objectives:

• To promote community participation in yoga
• To encourage the teaching of yoga to children and the teaching of yoga in schools
• To assist families and care givers in the promotion of health and wellbeing of individuals with medical conditions, physical, learning, emotional or additional support needs
• To provide facilities to other medical, occupational, speech, and complementary therapists to provide their services, treatment and care of persons with needs of any description
• To promote yoga in a safe and nurturing environment that encourages full social inclusion

Our centre is wheelchair accessible with 2 yoga studios and 2 therapy rooms. We also have specialist moving and handling equipment and adapted massage tables to enable people with minimal mobility to access services at the centre. Our facilities are available for hire by freelance therapists or teachers of recreational activities, social enterprises, charitable or community groups for one off events or long term activities.

All classes and services commencing on 14 April 2008 at Suite B16 Highland House, St Catherine's Road, Perth, PH1 5RY. The centre is within 5 to 10 minutes walk of Perth's City Centre, Railway and Bus Stations. Parking is free for up to 3 hours in St Catherine's Retail Park (PC World, Halfords area).
