Sing and Sign classes in
Children’s Yoga: All enquiries to 07884328826, bookings
required. All children’s run with school term time.
Postnatal & Infant Yoga
Suitable for all infants (2 to 12 months)
and gives you the opportunity to exercise and
bond with your baby through a combination
of singing, posture work and relaxation. £5 per class
Parent & Child Yoga
Suitable for children 1 to 5 years, using
music and movement, breathing exercises and
relaxation to encourage a sense of
well-being while having fun learning about their bodies
and exercising with their parents. £5 per
class
Children (age 5 to 16)
No previous experience required. The most important thing: your child wants to
do yoga!
The class promotes integration for
children with additional needs who have progressed
from
one-to-one therapy. Please book to
guarantee your child’s place. £4 per class
In preparation for Children’s classes:
Babies
and children should have food 1 hour before class.
Blankets
and mats are provided at all children’s classes.
Please
make sure the children are in loose comfortable clothing.
Parent
& child classes: Adults will also need to be in comfortable clothing.

on Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, suitable for beginners. With 10 minutes guided
relaxation. Drop in class

Integral Hatha Yoga - Dynamic (Zoi)
Traditional
yoga practice focusing on breath work, stamina, understanding of the postures,
breathing and meditation practice.
Ending
with guided deep relaxation. Suitable for beginners to advance students. Drop in class.

Pregnancy Yoga: Postures, Breathing & Visualisation for Labour
& Childbirth (Zoi)
Focusing on postures, breath work,
meditation, guided deep relaxation and visualization to facilitate wellbeing
during pregnancy and childbirth.

Tai Chi (Lynn Almond)
Class begins with 30 minutes Chi
Kung (Qigong) - easy to follow, repeated
exercises followed by practicing the Short Yang Style form of Tai Chi.
We focus on health, relaxation, correct posture &
breathing to increase the flow of Chi life force energy. Wear loose clothing.
Mats - not required
Tuesdays 6pm £4 per class
Pilates
Wednesdays (Dawn) 12.45pm. £5 per class.
Strengthen
and tone up muscles during your lunch break. Suitable for postnatal recovery.
Booking
required for women with young babies as we will arrange voluntary childcare on
the premises.
Pilates Thursdays (Jann) 7.30pm. £5 per class
Wednesday evening yoga classes

These
classes are based on Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga and cover the primary series
postures.
6pm class is an
advance yoga class.
7.30pm is a general
Hatha Yoga class.

Thursday for Adults with physical or
learning needs (Zoi)
Enabling
adults with disabilities to practice yoga with trained yoga therapy
practitioner.
