Ayurvedic Therapy

Ayurveda is the Indian approach to medicine. The practice of Yoga has its roots in Ayurveda, a science dealing with treatment of diseases which actively encourages a holistic look on one’s lifestyle to maintain or promote physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health.  Herbal treatments, advice on nutrition, massage, yoga and meditation are prescribed with respect to the physical, mental and emotional constitution of each individual.  Ayurvedic treatment is offered independently by Dr Mamta Tanna Parikh M.D, at the yoga centre.
